This is a narrow silk scarf made from a Homongi Kimono which is a kimono worn to formal and semi-formal affairs. This scarf is made from a very soft and luxurious silk with hand painted (yuzen) designs, embroidered gold braid outlines and very fine hand embroidery. It is 7 inches wide and 76 inches long. The vintage condition is excellent. You will feel like royalty when you wear this scarf as you celebrate the wonderful craftsmanship and the privilege of wearing such a work of art.
