Mint Green Silk Kimono Duster-Floral

The  springtime mint green of this vintage kimono is adorned by hand painted, abstract chrysanthemums (kiku) outlined in gold.  Kiku or chyrsanthemums are the national flower and also the sign of the imperial throne.  The vintage condition is excellent.  The length is 44 inches and the span between shoulder seams is a generous 27 inches.
