This is wearable art at its most exquisite. This unique duster is made from a vintage silk furisode kimono, once worn for Japan’s most formal occasions. Featuring hand-painted patterns, gold embroidery, and a comfortable one-size-fits-most design, it's both a statement piece and a part of history.

- Artisan Silk An amazing abstract but traditional design has been hand painted in gold, navy and burnt orange on a background of damask weave patterned white silk, with interlocking diamonds. There are raging navy waves and gloating clouds resplendent with gold leaf and mesmerizing patterns. There are many colorful kiku or chrysanthemums, including some that are embroidered in gold braid.

- Universal Sizing the versatile T-shape design accommodates a wide range of shapes. The dropped sleeves allow for a range of shoulder widths and the loose unstructured T-shape accommodates all body types and genders. The sleeves are approximately 11 inches wide and have the traditional kimono opening at the under arm to accommodate multiple layers of robes.
