Description
This man's unlined juban is traditionally worn underneath the outer kimono in Japan. Its lightweight construction is complemented by a striking shibori dyeing technique, resulting in a captivating blend of browns and grays. Each color is achieved through a separate dyeing process. The juban is in good vintage condition due to some discoloration near the hem. It has a generous 51-inch length and wide 29-inch shoulder span.
